What does it mean when Pinnacle posts in the Sweden/Bulgaria match up "Under 2 & 2.5 -113". What is 2 & 2.5? Same question for the spreads of "pk and -.5". Thank you.

That means half of your bet will be @ 2 and half at 2.5. Similarly half your bet will be at pk and half at -0.5.
